Return & Refund Policy

At Aurora, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as sale items, intimates, or accessories, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked at checkout.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original. This ensures faster delivery and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.
